		<description>I would tend to agree with you. 
However, when it comes to seeing large international companies invest in emerging economies, I think the Kyoto Agreements have done a good job introducing the Clean Development Mechanisms. The CDMs appear not to spread so fast because of slow administrative decision-making. Outsode of this, CDMs are, as far as I see it, overall a good thing.
