Raluca - Those two quotes on measurement definitely go hand in hand and describe much of the benefit behind using indicators. I will reconsider deodorant. Perhaps the high social cost does not justify the environmental benefits of not using it. Jeremy - I like where your head is at. I think a downloadable PDF would be very cool.
